To start using the service, call to number 7770 (free-of-charge) from the mobile phone and activate the service, following voice prompts. Service activation cost is 5 UAH (with VAT).

If the SIM-SIM subscriber, using SIM-SIM Oblast service, calls to a city number of the region where he/she is at the moment of calling, the call is billed under the reduced tariff.

Dial city numbers in the national format (8 044 XXX XXXX, where 044 is the city code).

For using the service in Ukraine, 25 regions were set (24 administrative regions and the Crimea). You can precisely define the region where you are at the moment due to the message on the mobile phone display (see phones manuals), for example 044 means that calls to city phones with the code 044 will be billed under the reduced tariff.

SIM-SIM Oblast service is accessible for all SIM-SIM subscribers. The service is not provided in roaming.
