  Buy a SIM-SIM starting package (package price – 25 UAH):

Insert the SIM-card from the starting package into your mobile phone.

  Switch on the phone and enter the PIN-code 0000. You already have 10 hryvnas for conversations on your account.

  When these means are exhausted, just buy a voucher and update your account.

  Validity term of SIM-SIM service is set beginning from the moment of your first call and makes up 365 days. In the situation where there is no incoming/outgoing calls or SMS during 270 days, service provision will be terminated. Please make sure to prolong the card validity term in advance, since upon the service termination the number may not be restored, and the account balance will not be saved. The first call should be made during the term of validity of the starting package (the date is specified on the starting package). Only after the first call, you will have the opportunity to receive calls.

• To call to the number you need, it is necessary for you to adhere to the following scheme: 
• 8 050 XXX XXXX – if you call to a UMC mobile phone;
• 8 (operator’s code) XXX XXXX – if you call to another operator’s mobile phone;
• 8 (city code) XXX XXXX – if you call to a city number;
• + (country code) (city code) XXX XXXX – if you call abroad.
• Dialing is without pauses.
