Be a holder of a mobile phone supporting WAP via the use of CSD (GSM data), GPRS or EDGE technologies. You may find a wide selection of these phones at UMC stores and stores of its dealers.
Activate the service (the service activation means that there is a technical opportunity to use the service by a relevant user using the equipment of a mobile operator):

For using the WAP through the GPRS technology, you need to activate the service by dialing the free-of-charge USSD request *109*213# or by sending a free-of-charge SMS-message at 1040003. The service WAP GPRS will be activated within 24-hours.

To activate the WAP GPRS, MMS GRPS, Mobile GPRS-Internet, Online-TV, Hyper. NET at one time, you may use the free-of-charge USSD request *109*210# or free-of-charge SMS 1040001.

To check the GPRS services status, use the USSD request *109*20# (free-of-charge).
When using WAP through the CSD (GSM Data) technology, use the activated Data Transfer service.

Adjust the phone settings (setup of phone settings means the set up of its parameters in the phone memory).

Users of SIM-SIM "For All" and SIM-SIM "For Ours" are eligible to UAH 0.35 (incl. VAT) per minute;
Users of New SIM-SIM Club and New SIM-SIM TEAM are eligible to UAH 0.39 (incl. VAT) per minute;
Users of SIM-SIM CLUB, SIM-SIM TEAM and SIM-SIM Anniversary are eligible to UAH 0.46 (incl. VAT) per minute;
Users of SIM Master are eligible to UAH 0.27 (incl. VAT) per minute.
WAP-services are charged per minute, starting from the first second.
