Bonuses are preserved on your personal account and may not be transferred to another SIM-SIM user.

You receive bonuses for each account update with a 15 UAH voucher or higher. Accordingly, even if you update your account from abroad, you received the same bonuses.

Yes, if you have not achieved the necessary threshold of bonuses amount (180 bonuses) during one year from the date of your starting participation in the UMC BONUS for SIM-SIM subscribers’ program, at the beginning of the next year these bonuses will be cancelled. All bonuses that you have collected during the year are taken into account, even if you have already exchanged a part of them for communication services. If you have collected 180 and more bonuses during 1 year, their validity will be prolonged for one year. If during this year you do not use them, they will be cancelled.
