• The loyalty program "SIM-SIM ALADDIN" (hereinafter the Program) is realized for the purpose of popularization of cellular mobile communication services represented by the SIM-SIM trade mark, stimulation of the demand for the SIM-SIM service and motivation of the service’s subscribers.
  
  
• The organizer of the "SIM-SIM ALADDIN" program is CJSC "Ukrainian Mobile Communication" (hereinafter – "UMC").

Conditions of participation in the program

• All physical entities aged 16 or over who constantly reside within the territory of Ukraine, are users of the SIM-SIM service and updated their account with a voucher during the period of validity of the Program have the right to participate in the Program.
  
  
• For participation in the Program, it is necessary to update one’s account with a voucher. After that, an additional account is opened for the subscriber, on which special conditional points which are referred to as "Pearls" (further – "Pearls") are accumulated.
  
  
• Within the SIM-SIM ALADDIN program, "Pearls" are added for each account updating with a SIM-SIM voucher according to the voucher’s face value and the term of service use.
  
  
• The registration date of the additional account for accumulation of "Pearls" is automatically set on the day when the account updating with a voucher was held, which resulted in the first adding of "Pearls".
  
  
• The period of accumulation and storage of "Pearls" is 1 year from the registration date of the additional account for accumulation of "Pearls" or from the termination date of the previous "Pearls" accumulation period.
  
  
• The minimal amount of "Pearls" that need to be saved up during the period of accumulation and storage of "Pearls" is 60 "Pearls". "Pearls" added during the current period of accumulation and storage are cancelled after termination of the current period if the sum of "Pearls" added during the whole period is less than the minimal amount.
  
  
• "Pearls" added during the previous period of "Pearls" accumulation and not used during the previous and the current periods of "Pearls" accumulation are cancelled after termination of the current period.
  
  
• The order of adding and exchange of "Pearls" can be changed without notification. The full list of opportunities concerning adding and exchange of "Pearls" can be found on the web site www.aladdin.sim-sim.ua.
  
  
• "Pearls" added within the SIM-SIM ALADDIN program may be used for reception of services from UMC under special conditions. The volume of services and conditions of their provision are set and altered without coordination with users of the SIM-SIM service.
  
  
• UMC has the right to cancel "Pearls" on subscribers’ accounts at any moment without notification and without explanation of reasons for that.
  
  
• UMC has the right to alter these rules without notification. The currently valid version of the rules can be found on the web site www.aladdin.sim-sim.ua.
  
  
• Reference information concerning conditions of the Program’s realization is available by the phone number 111 (free-of-charge from a UMC mobile phone, 24 h within Ukraine). For information about conditions of the Program’s realization, see the web site www.aladdin.sim-sim.ua.
  
  
• The subscriber’s checking of the status of his / her additional account for "Pearls" accumulation or exchanging "Pearls" for services within the Program mean that the participant agrees with these Rules.
  

Program duration

• The Program was initiated on 10.12.2004 and operates under permanent conditions.
  
  
• UMC is authorized to terminate the SIM-SIM ALADDIN program at any moment without notification and coordination with users of the service.
  

Order of pearls' exchange for mobile communication services

• "Pearls" can be exchanged for mobile communication services according to the sum.
  
  
• For choosing the volume of services and exchanging "Pearls", it is necessary for the program participant to call to number 172 (free-of-charge within Ukraine) from his / her phone and, with the help of voice prompts, to select the appropriate variant or use the corresponding USSD Service. The equivalent of services volume in "Pearls" will be written off the account.
  
  
• In case there appear any problems in functionality use for "Pearls" exchange, participants of the program may address the UMC Subscribers Service Center by number 111 (free-of-charge within Ukraine).
  
  
• UMC has the right to set and alter the list of services, volume of services and principles of their exchange under conditions of the SIM-SIM ALADDIN program without coordination with users of the SIM-SIM service.
  

Order of pearls' exchange for products and services of UMC and UMC partners within the SIM-SIM ALADDIN program.

• "Pearls" added within the SIM-SIM ALADDIN program may be used for reception of products / services under special conditions and / or at special prices only from UMC or UMC partners under the SIM-SIM ALADDIN program. The list of partners who participate in the program, amount and assortment of products / services, as well as conditions of their reception are set and altered without coordination with subscribers.
  
  
• Only registered SIM-SIM users may exchange "Pearls" for products / services. Registration means submission of data for further reception of information. For registration, see the web site: www.sim-sim.ua/registration or fill in and send by mail a registration form which is provided together with a starting package, according the current registration rules. Delivery of vouchers and other products is realized to the mail address that the program participant specified in the registration data.
  
  
• A voucher may be used during 2 (two) months from the moment of its reception. The reception date is specified on the voucher. The vouchers that were not used during the specified term automatically lose force and may no longer be used as intended. Further, "Pearls" that were written off for reception of the voucher are not subject to compensation.
  
  
• For exchanging "Pearls" for products / services under special conditions and / or by special prices only in UMC or UMC partners within the SIM-SIM Aladdin program, it is necessary to call to number 172 (free-of-charge from a UMC mobile phone within Ukraine) and, with the help of voice prompts, to select the appropriate variant or use the corresponding USSD Service. The equivalent of the cost of products / services will be written off from your account.
  
  
• In case of ordering a partner’s voucher, the program participant will receive it within a few days as a registered letter. A voucher gives the opportunity to obtain a discount from partners of the SIM-SIM Aladdin program.
  
  
• In case of ordering subscription for a magazine, information about terms of magazines reception is available for participants from number 172 (free of charge from a UMC mobile phone within Ukraine).
  
  
• UMC bears no responsibility for the quality of products / services provided by UMC partners within the SIM-SIM Aladdin program.
  
  
• The bonus price is set on the basis of the usual price for products / services set by UMC or its partner for the day when a voucher is presented for all consumers who purchase products / services under general conditions.
  
  
• If the cost of products / services factually received by a subscriber at a bonus price exceeds the cost of the special proposition for which he / she is authorized, the disparity mentioned is independently paid by the subscriber. The cost of the special proposition included the VAT.
  
  
• UMC is authorized to set and alter the list of services, the amount of services and principles of their exchange under conditions of the SIM-SIM Aladdin program without coordination with the SIM-SIM service users.
