SIM-card
 SIM card contains your personal phone number. It must always be in your phone. On the backside of the SIM card, there are PIN and PUK codes.
How to make the first call
- Insert your SIM card into your mobile phone.
- Switch on the phone and enter the PIN code 0000.
- To call to the number you need, it is necessary for you to adhere to the following scheme:
- 8 050 ÕÕÕ ÕÕÕÕ – if you call to a UMC mobile phone;
- 8 (operator's code) ÕÕÕ ÕÕÕÕ – if you call to another operator’s mobile phone;
- 8 (city code) ÕÕÕ ÕÕÕÕ – if you call to a city number;
- + (country code) (city code) ÕÕÕ ÕÕÕÕ – if you call abroad.
 Only after the first outgoing call you will be able to receive calls.
Voucher
Vouchers for account updating have face values of 15, 30, 60, 90 and 180 hryvnas. Vouchers prices include VAT. You may also update your account with the help of electronic vouchers with the face value of 15, 30, 60, 90 and 180 hryvnas. They can be purchased in places that have the appropriate mark.
Do not disclose to anybody disclose the confidential code of the voucher that you use for updating your account!
Joint voucher – the simplest and most accessible way to pay your bill
UMC offers Joint Vouchers – a new convenient way of account updating for SIM-SIM and JEANS subscribers, as well as contract subscribers.
Joint Vouchers are account update scratch cards with face values of 25, 50, 100 and 200 UAH.
In parallel with Joint Vouchers, SIM-SIM and JEANS vouchers are available of the previous type, as well as electronic vouchers. Each of them is valid till the date specified on the voucher.

Your account

Each SIM-SIM service subscriber receives a personal account. On it, information about each updating and expenditure of your means is preserved. At the beginning, your account contains 25 hryvnas for conversations. Later, you can update your account using SIM-SIM vouchers.
- For account updating you need:
- to erase the protecting film on the voucher’s back side to see the whole secret 14 digit code (electronic voucher has an unprotected covering code);
- to call from your mobile phone to the free-of-charge number of the SIM-SIM service menu 7722 and follow voice prompts. (In the course of the first updating of your account, listen to introductory instructions and select the language);
- after the offer to update your account, press 2;
- after a sound signal, enter the 14 digit voucher code and do not press anything.
- Your account will be updated.
